What is a Prayer Story?

A prayer story is simply a story of Jesus doing what He loves to do – listen to and help His children. When we talk to Jesus, He listens. And, He is at work around us every single day. I like to write my prayer stories down. I love reminders of how great of a Dad I have.

Here are some experiences I’d love to share with you.

I look back on these entries as a way to remember how the Father has provided for me, without fail. I hope that my stories can serve as a form of reassurance to anyone reading them. May you find comfort in knowing there is a God Who listens.

Disney Cruise

It seemed like a crazy prayer. I asked the Lord to let us go on a cruise. The problem – I was building a business that wasn’t yet generating revenue.

Graphic Designers

I decided to start a business instead of taking another job. Team members’ pay are a huge expense. I asked the Lord to help me find the right people.

I felt like I was supposed to start a prayer group in my neighborhood. Lots of women expressed interest; few came. Jesus, did you tell me to do this or did I just do it?
